Micah LintonPRESIDENT AND CEO
Micah is the founder, president and CEO of Rimrock Companies, LLC. He began working in the field at a young age and the work ethic he developed as a teenager combined with his motivation to succeed led him to start his first company, Rimrock Design, Inc. in 1998. Rimrock Design grew into an industry leader for tile and flooring solutions and Micah began converting his industry knowledge, contacts, and experience into commercial real estate acquisition, development, and construction, which led to the foundation of Rimrock Development in 2003. His involvement to date in commercial and residential real estate totals over $150 million, and his expertise in finance, property acquisition, construction and contract negotiation, along with his overarching commitment to leadership and visionary entrepreneurship continue to propel Rimrock Companies toward exponential growth.
As COO for Rimrock Companies, Maston leads the company’s operational team, and is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of Rimrock’s various business units. His responsibilities include overseeing the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, which include: implementation of the company’s strategic plans, monitoring control systems designed to mitigate risk and maximize asset performance, and overseeing investor relations for both equity and lending partners. Maston also works extensively on land acquisitions for Rimrock’s development projects, including sourcing and site identification, contract review and negotiation, project feasibility and underwriting, entitlements, and due diligence.
Maston joined Rimrock in May 2018, and has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate development industry. He began his career in 2002 with Raymond James Tax Credit Funds in St. Petersburg, Florida, underwriting low income housing tax credit apartment developments. Most recently, Maston worked for KB Home in its Jacksonville Division, where he served as Vice President of Land Acquisition, and was responsible for acquiring more than 4,000 single family lots exceeding $110 million in land purchases during his tenure. Maston received a B.S.B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
Carrie GrecianDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Carrie oversees operations for Rimrock Development and all related entities. As part of Rimrock’s management team since early 2014, Carrie brings over 20 years of experience in systems and operations direction, with a strong emphasis on systems implementation. Previous experience includes key leadership roles in various companies across sectors ranging from industrial distribution to institutional fundraising. Prior to joining the Rimrock team, she spent four years guiding the exponential growth-track of a local fundraising company from a single employee to a multi-million-dollar organization with a national presence. She is responsible for overseeing Rimrock’s development division, coordinating multiple projects and partnerships, managing marketing, project management and support staff, and providing growth support strategy.
Michael KirklandCONSTRUCTION MANAGER
As construction manager for Rimrock Companies, Michael is lead on all the company’s construction activity from inception to completion. His responsibilities include project costing, bid procurement, management oversight on both the project budget and schedule, as well as on-site construction management. Michael joined the Rimrock team in 2017 with over 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry and comes with practice in building a multitude of commercial, restaurant, and multifamily projects. Has also holds a general contractors license in the state of Florida.
