Breaking Ground on Everhome Suites Extended Stay Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida

JACKSONVILLE, FL, Oct 29th, 2025 – Rimrock Companies, a national commercial real estate development firm headquartered in Jacksonville, announced today the official groundbreaking of the Bold City's first Everhome Suites, an extended stay hotel by Choice Hotels.

The project is located off Tredinick Parkway near the Southside Connector, offering prime access to restaurants, retail, and entertainment with just a quick drive to downtown Jacksonville, The St Johns Town Center, local hospitals, and Jacksonville University.

The hotel is tracking for completion in early 2027. There's only one other Everhome Suites currently operating in Florida, located in Ocala and also developed by Rimrock.
