Retail was one of the flagship developments of Rimrock and a foundation of Rimrock's developmental success. Beginning with a large Dollar General development territory, Rimrock has now expanded into working with a multitude of brands through single-tenant developments and multi-tenant shopping centers.
Rimrock's single-tenant net lease development program started with the opportunity to develop a singular Dollar General location in a joint-venture partnership. During this development, Dollar General gave us an opportunity to find an additional site in Lake City and this quickly grew into our development of 40 locations across North Florida.
Village Commons, located in our hometown of Jacksonville, FL. This site was the last retail infill site left in the coveted Southside/Town Center trade area. It took our team over 2yrs to assemble this site and get the necessary approvals. It was worth the effort; our final product was a first class center with strong national credit tenants.
